About the Role
Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for leading site operations, managing teams and subcontractors, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. You will work closely with project leadership to support planning, execution, and performance across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Requirements
* Experience on large-scale civil, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
* Strong leadership skills in site‑based construction roles
* Ability to manage people, safety, quality, and delivery outcomes
* Clear communication and stakeholder management capability
* Commitment to safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant trade, diploma, or degree qualification in construction or engineering
* Demonstrated experience in site or construction leadership roles
* Current safety certifications relevant to site‑based work
