Housekeeper/cleaner (surfers paradise)

Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments is looking for casual cleaners, kind, and hardworking Resort Housekeeping staff to work shifts all days of the week. This role involves cleaning guest rooms and may include additional duties. The apartments are three bedrooms, family‐oriented; cleanliness and attention to detail are critical. Each clean is typically 2‐3 hours, pays a flat rate of $120, and inspections occur. The pace is rapid, and you may have multiple apartments per day before the 2pm guest check‐in.

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in apartments.
• Inspect completed cleans for quality.
• Work with a team and independently as needed.

• Experience in cleaning: 1 year preferred.
• English language proficiency: preferred.
• Driver licence: preferred.
• Can provide an ABN number as a sub‐contractor.
• Pro‐active, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure.

Job type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

All linen, cleaning equipment, and materials are provided; you only provide the labour.
