Our Baggage Storage store allows travellers to store luggage while they await their flight or cruise.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with our baggage storage service, transfer luggage, and sell travel accessories.
To succeed in this role, you must:
* Provide courteous service to customers.
* Have physical ability and manual dexterity to lift up to 20kgs.
* Be able to walk and stand for long periods.
* Display good customer service and verbal communication skills.
* Maintain accurate handling and processing of cash and credit card transactions.
* Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling.
You will work in a team environment, be flexible with your roster, and have basic computer literacy. You will also require an Australian Security Identification Card (ASIC Card).
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, works well autonomously, and has excellent communication skills.
