About the Role
CARS24 is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join us as our Remote Aftercare Sales Consultant on a casual basis, to support customers post-purchase with enhancing their car ownership experience. This fully remote, work-from-home role will help customers select from a range of add-on products such as extended warranties, servicing packages, dash cams, window tinting, and more, ensuring they get the best value and peace of mind with their car purchase. It is a consultative sales role where you'll understand customer needs and recommend the right aftercare solutions. You will be the go-to person for customers at this crucial stage of their car-buying journey, delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience. The role can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney, with work-from-home arrangements.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in aftercare sales at a dealership or retail environment.
A passion for customer engagement and the ability to tailor solutions to their needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—explaining product benefits clearly and confidently.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, systems, and processes.
A team player with a go-getter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy: experience with CRM systems and tools such as Google Docs is a plus, but not required.
