The role
Reporting to the Leading Hand, you'll join a team of experienced OEM fitters who provide strong mentorship and support as you settle into the role.
* Preventative and scheduled maintenance
* Servicing, upgrades, rebuilds and overhauls
* Diagnostics and fault-finding
* Working on a wide range of machinery: excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, backhoes, trucks, compactors, pavers, and more.
Your value and experience
You'll hold a Certificate III in Diesel Mechanics (Cert III in Mobile Plant preferred) and have hands‑on experience working on mobile plant equipment in a workshop and/or field environment.
You'll also bring:
* Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* A positive attitude and commitment to high‑quality workmanship
* A strong focus on safetyAbility to interpret schematics and drawings (highly regarded)
* Previous OEM training or dealership experience (highly regarded)
