Responsibilities
- Be full of personality and confidence, develop interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues
- Multitask and cope with changing priorities typical in retail
- Maintain great availability across seven days, especially busy weekends
- Listen actively and help customers find suitable home gift ideas
- Support this role as a maximum-term contract available now through 25 January 2026
Qualifications / Requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn about linen, homewares, or bedding (training provided)
- Enthusiasm for delivering JOYful customer experiences
