About the role
The Team Leader Platform Delivery implements North East Water's roadmap to enhance the Salesforce CRM and Aptumo Billing Engine. In this role you will provide leadership and support to the Platform Delivery team to deliver positive outcomes for our people and customers. You will also partner with our customer experience and urban growth leadership teams, technology vendors, stakeholders and subject matter experts.
The Team Leader Platform Delivery supports our digital and customer experience teams, builds a culture of continuous innovation and executes transformation initiatives and product functionality.
This role is a full-time opportunity, including a monthly RDO and flexible work options.

Key Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated skills and experience in the administration of a Salesforce CRM, or an equivalent enterprise technology platform.
* Experience using a software version control system for managing code and pushing releases, as well as managing IT changes and releases.
* Leadership experience, with the ability to lead a small team of technology analysts, including training and development of their technical skills.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams, managing and prioritising a wide variety of BAU requests relating to technology delivery and completing related tasks.
* Experience managing small projects for software releases and managing stakeholders and communications.
* Ability to create reports, analyse data for trends and insights, analyse the quality of data, find and resolves issues and communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Position Information
* An attractive salary range of $104,078 to $116,623 plus 12% superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
* This is a full time, ongoing position.
* Successful applicants will be required to undertake pre-employment checks including a police check and/or pre-employment medical and functional testing where applicable.
