Responsibilities
Provide clients with a variety of supports including medications administration, personal care, transfers and mealtime assistance.
Oversee the work of others to ensure high-quality services are delivered and support day-to-day program administration.
Selection Criteria / Qualifications
Experience in overseeing the work of others; experience in leading a team.
Experience in support work and delivering high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.
Experience in general administration functions, including records management; strong administration skills are a must.
High level of computer literacy, Microsoft Office, and related systems.
Excellent organizational skills and willingness to learn rosters.
Ability to use hoists, slide sheets and other mobility aids.
Respond positively to challenging behaviours and restrictive practices.
Administer medications and implement health care plans.
Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
Provide support to teams with program delivery, including hands-on support and administration.
