About the Role
In this role, you are supervising the front-end Conveyancers, who walk the client through the A-Z of their Property Transaction.
They are in turn supporting by a Processing and Settlements Team. This keeps our Conveyancers focused on having great conversations with, and guiding, their clients as they go through one of Life's Biggest Moments.
You will support the conveyancer with any legal advice required, however they will drive the file so you don't get bogged down.
Requirements
* Strong Client Experience Skills: Forming genuine connections with clients over the phone.
* Great Collaboration Ability: Working with Real Estate Agents, your team, and the other party to protect our clients and help them achieve their objective.
* Efficiency focus in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to excellence with strong attention to detail and consistency.
* Sharp problem-solving skills and a sense of achievement in finding solutions.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
