Our client is an Australian, family-owned business that have been in operation for 18 years. They produce and market beauty brands with a focus on healthy cosmetics, using the highest quality ingredients across premium and value brands. 
Whilst experiencing rapid growth in the past few years, they are very proud to deliver excellent service to all its customers through a dedicated service and sales team. In Australia and based at their Mulgrave head office they are seeking a customer focused applicant to join the team. 
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will play an integral role by providing excellent service and support for all consumers and sales representative and will manage their needs in relation to all products and orders. Motivated and positive, you will have demonstrated experience working in a busy customer service role and be capable of providing outstanding service. 
Your responsibilities will incorporate: 
General customer enquiries such as follow up of deliveries, tracking of Australia Post, providing copies of invoices, statements as requested 
Process Credits/returns from customers 
Be the first point of contact for external customer calls 
Processing sales orders accurately within tight deadlines and reviewing orders based on our ERP system

Quick and accurate data entry and invoicing of sales orders, adhering to tight deadlines

Confidence in navigating multiple systems while talking to a customer
