About The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Sales Representative to join a growing national sales team. This role focuses on developing B2B relationships and expanding market share across Australia, supplying plastic pallets, crates, and material-handling solutions to major clients. Reporting to senior leadership, your responsibilities will include: Developing new B2B sales opportunities across logistics, warehousing, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors Managing and growing relationships with national and multi-site clients Conducting customer meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations Identifying long-term, cost-saving logistics solutions for customers Managing a wide sales territory with some interstate travel Representing the brand professionally to customers across Australia Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting About You The successful candidate will have: Minimum 12 months of experience in an on-the-road B2B sales role Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills A self-driven, energetic, and proactive approach to sales Ability to manage a territory independently Willingness to travel around Sydney for client visits You will also ideally have: Exposure to logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or industrial sectors A consultative sales approach with a solutions-focused mindset Strong relationship-building and account management capability Full product and industry training will be provided What's in it for You?
