Overview
We're looking for an experienced and driven Site Supervisor to lead urban infrastructure projects across our Bild Urban Division. This role focuses on safety, leadership, project delivery, and people development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate site crews; conduct performance reviews to build a high‐performing team culture.
- Oversee execution of urban projects to meet contract specifications, timelines, and budget goals.
- Promote a "Safety Above All Else" culture, manage hazards and incidents, and ensure compliance with BildGroup's integrated management system.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure project success and future work opportunities.
- Oversee usage, allocation, and maintenance of divisional equipment to maximise efficiency and uptime.
- Keep accurate records, monitor site costs, and contribute to regular progress reporting and risk management.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in civil construction, ideally with urban infrastructure projects.
- Proven success supervising crews and delivering high‐quality outcomes across multiple concurrent worksites.
- Deep understanding of HSEQ systems, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels.
- Ability to think critically, manage priorities, and solve complex site challenges in a fast‐paced workplace.
- Construction Induction White Card (mandatory).
- Plant Operator Tickets – desirable.
- First Aid and OH&S training – advantageous.
