Role Description
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Family Law Associate and/or Junior Lawyer located in Gold Coast, QLD. The role includes providing legal counsel in Family and International Family Law, conducting case research, preparing legal documents, representing clients, and collaborating with colleagues in Alternative Dispute Resolution, including Mediation and Collaborative Law. The position involves managing client relationships, providing ongoing legal advice, and contributing to the firm's excellent reputation in the field.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Family Law, Relationship Law, and Defacto Law
Proficiency in Alternate Dispute Resolution methods, such as Mediation and Collaborative Law (preferred)
Excellent research, legal drafting, and case management skills
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities
Relevant legal qualifications (e.g., Bachelor of Laws or equivalent) and eligibility to practise law in Australia
Experience in International Family Law, Property transactions, or Commercial Law is highly desirable
Passion for delivering tailored legal solutions to clients and working effectively as part of a team
