Independent Locksmiths & Security is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager with locksmithing expertise and strong sales experience to join our growing team.
With over 50 years in the industry, we pride ourselves on being a true one-stop shop for security solutions. Our clients span utilities, education, government, shopping centres, telecommunications, pubs and clubs, and local councils.
About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated BDM who holds a Certificate III in Locksmithing and has a passion for combining technical skills with business development.
In this role, you will:
* Quote and secure commercial locksmithing projects across our key client sectors
* Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through to successful delivery
* Respond to tenders and prepare competitive submissions
* Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing accounts
* Identify and onboard new clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Locksmithing (essential)
* Proven experience in sales and project management
* Strong computer literacy and ability to manage accounts and job workflows
* A proactive, customer-focused mindset with passion for locksmithing and security solutions
