Domestic Bliss is a Sydney-based bespoke cleaning and housekeeping business, known for high-touch service and long-standing client relationships. We're seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the administration of client services, manage contract documentation, coordinate service requirements across sites, and ensure scopes, variations and records are maintained accurately.
Key responsibilities
* Administer client service agreements, onboarding documentation, and service set-up for new homes and commercial sites
* Coordinate site requirements including access/keys, inductions, site instructions, cleaning plans, and documentation control
* Maintain and update service schedules, client notes, and job specifications to support consistent service delivery
* Manage service variations and additional work requests including approvals, documentation, and internal coordination with the Services Manager and cleaners
* Support quality assurance administration including checklists, inspection records, rectification tracking, and client feedback management
* Prepare and maintain contract records, registers and supporting documentation for billing and service verification
* Handle client communications relating to service changes, issues, and scheduling updates, ensuring timely resolution and record keeping
* Support continuous improvement across contract processes, documentation, reporting, and customer service
Skills and experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in contract administration, service administration, or a similar role (facilities/cleaning/services preferred)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, schedules, and time-sensitive requests
* Confident written and verbal communication (clients, staff, suppliers)
* High attention to detail (contract records, scope documentation, variation tracking, and service notes)
* Competency with common business systems (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace). Experience with scheduling/CRM and invoicing support systems is highly regarded
* Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and take ownership of outcomes
* Australian work rights required (evidence may be requested)
