Responsibilities:
* Registering and greeting owners and guests
* Providing advice on local attractions
* Completing paperwork and other department-related tasks
* Communicating effectively using phones, computers, and other equipment
* Supporting the tour generation process to meet business specifications
* Building rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience
* Collaborating with the resort operations team for a seamless check-in process
* Highlighting the benefits of community travel
* Meeting business targets and KPIs
* Working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Passion for customer service and local knowledge
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
* Professional presentation and grooming standards
* High computer literacy
* Experience with property management systems (advantageous)
* Problem-solving ability and adaptability
* Flexibility to work varied shifts.
