About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to play a vital role in the successful delivery and completion of each project. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of building principles, architectural details, and site set-out.
* Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings, and scope of works
* General building and carpentry work
* Good understanding of project timing and the impact of other trades
* Custom interior/exterior fit outs
* Bespoke and detailed joinery
* Organising and managing other trades on-site
* Support/lead Apprentices on-site
* Responsible for workplace health and safety
* Strong advocate for professionalism and quality workmanship
Requirements
2+ years high-end residential carpentry experience post-qualification preferred (applicants in final year of apprenticeship will also be considered)
Meticulous eye for detail
