Responsibilities
Design engaging play‑based programmes and guide the planning cycle
Support reflective practice for educators
Coach and mentor educators to build capability and confidence
Embed the EYLF and NQS across daily practice
Build strong relationships with families and colleagues
Contribute to a warm, collaborative and child‑centred culture
Qualifications
Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent) completed before October 2025
Minimum twelve months of room or team leadership experience in an Australian early‑learning service
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, plus a valid Blue Card
Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and planning cycle
Confidence in mentoring, family engagement and navigating challenging conversations
Full‑time availability, ideally on a rotating roster
