Urban Development Project Lead
We are seeking an experienced Urban Development Project Lead to join our high-performing team.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of Urban Development projects, translating client objectives into clear project plans covering scope, safety, risk, delivery and cost.
* Coordinate resources, forecast deliverables and manage project budgets.
* Prepare bids, proposals, tenders and contract documentation in line with Australian Standards.
* Guide project teams through design, drafting, authority approvals and construction-phase activities.
* Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, leading project meetings and ensuring high-quality, technically accurate deliverables.
* Manage project risk, apply quality control processes and maintain organised project documentation.
Our ideal candidate will have 6+ years of professional experience managing Urban Development projects, relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent project delivery experience, and a strong commercial acumen across budgeting, forecasting and financial management.
The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, and technical understanding of civil engineering concepts, project delivery and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Urban Development projects from conception to completion.
* Develop and implement project plans, coordinating resources and managing project budgets.
* Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
