We are seeking an experienced and reliable Traffic Controller to join a busy worksite in Cloncurry. This role will involve directing traffic in and out of an active work zone, supporting machinery access, and assisting with general site duties.
This is a great opportunity for a ticketed working holiday visa holder looking to complete 88 regional working days and have ongoing work for 6 months. This role does NOT offer accommodation or relocation/moving allowances.
Key Duties:
-Safely manage incoming traffic while heavy machinery enters/exits site;
-Maintain correct placement and visibility of signage and temporary fencing;
-Assist with general labouring tasks as required (site clean-up, materials handling, etc.)
-Ensure work zone is compliant and safe at all times.
You Will Need:
-Current Traffic Management Implementor ticket Qld (TMI)
-White Card;
-Physically fit and safety focused;
-Previous site or civil labouring experience preferred;
-Ability to work 6-day roster (Mon–Sat);
-Reliable transport & willingness to work in remote conditions.
