About The Position As a KIS Assistant, your role will support kindergarten teaching staff to create an environment responsive to the individual strengths, abilities, and interests of all children, including those with disabilities, additional support needs, or complex medical needs. This is a casual position offering flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community.
Skills And Experience Ability to develop supportive and responsive relationships with children. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of confidentiality and privacy principles. Kindness, respect, and positivity in interactions. Experience working with preschool children or in a preschool setting is advantageous.
