You will be responsible for the end-to-end product roadmap/strategy, delivery and measurement for our fastest growing channel. You will obsess over crafting industry leading experiences with AI driven technology, balancing commercial outcomes and managing risk. You are passionate about making the Home Loan experience simpler and driving NPS +30 by removing customer effort and creating promoters through wow moments.You will continuously iterate and enhance the end-to-end journey, including the role of our channels, to create amazing outcomes for customer and stakeholders. You will lead with less-than-perfect information, and quickly pivot to changing demands, and ambiguous situations to reach timely and informed decisions. You will have the ability to resolve complex issues by first having a clear understanding of the problem and then using effective strategies and techniques to discover solutions.As an Executive level Product Leader your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Product vision, strategy and roadmap; sufficiently prioritising the opportunities to pursue to maximise value and providing strategic leadership across the value stream (collection of squads)Act as the voice of the customer and translate this for the team through continuous discovery to drive a collaborative approach to problem solving.Manage the squad’s performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking etcMeasure and experiment to ensure every initiative is delivering value to customers and shareholders.Identify, articulate and manage dependencies, risks and compliance across streams of work.Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design.Lead and develop the product strategy, and engagement with senior stakeholders/ business units to influence and manage the delivery of product roadmap.Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to.We’re looking for candidates with:Strong knowledge in Digital Banking and mobile app experiencesExperience designing and building digital experiences (web and app) to deliver business and customer value.Customer & Data obsessed - passionate and curious about the ways our customers interact with our different channels and championing the voice of our customers at every possible chance.Proven Product & leadership experience, defining Product Vision, Product Roadmaps and continuous discoveryKnowledge of Artificial intelligence and emerging technologyStrong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities. Success in the role requires the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.Excellent coaching skills – upskilling value stream members to raise the barThe role is exciting, ambitious and primed for change.
