Customer Experience Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service throughout the delivery process. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive and memorable experience for customers, from initial contact to final handover of their new RV. This includes responding to customer inquiries, addressing any concerns, and providing guidance on the use and maintenance of their new RV.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide guidance on the use and maintenance of new RVs, ensuring customers are fully prepared for their journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery operations and address any customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and delivery processes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other basic computer programs.
