With significant international reach and deep local expertise, the team has been at the forefront of structuring and executing landmark financings in Australia.The RoleAs an Investment Manager, you will take on a key role within the team, supporting senior leaders in originating, structuring, and executing commercial real estate finance transactions across both investment and development opportunities.
This role offers strong exposure to the full deal lifecycle - from origination and execution through to portfolio management - in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Support: Contribute to the analysis, structuring, and execution of financing transactions across the commercial real estate sector.Financial Modelling: Build and maintain complex financial models to assess opportunities, run sensitivities, and support investment decisions.Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk evaluation.Market Research: Analyse market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform investment strategies.Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring and managing existing investments, preparing reports, and recommending portfolio adjustments.Documentation: Draft investment memoranda, pitch materials, and transaction-related documentation.Collaboration: Work closely with senior originators, clients, and advisors to deliver successful outcomes.Qualifications & Experience5–8 years of relevant experience within private debt, non-bank lending, investment banking, transaction services, or real estate capital markets.Robust financial modelling and analytical skills with a solid foundation in valuation and credit assessment.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., CFA, CA, Master's) advantageous.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
