Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Talent & Organisation practice, specialising in HR Transformation. As part of Accenture’s leading consulting team, you will partner with Australia’s top organisations to design and deliver future‑ready HR functions that drive business performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead large‑scale HR transformation programs across multiple industries.
* Shape and deliver HR operating models and organisation designs, ensuring alignment to business strategy.
* Drive the end‑to‑end design and development of HR processes, embedding leading practices and digital solutions.
* Partner with clients on HR function redesigns, including offshoring and outsourcing strategies, to optimise service delivery and workforce outcomes.
* Manage and mentor high‑performing teams, building capability across the practice.
* Develop trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on people and HR function transformation.
* Contribute to business development through thought leadership, leading proposals, and account growth planning.
What We’re Looking For
HR Transformation experience, including :
* Experience in and/or exposure to HR function operating model and organisation design.
* Experience in end‑to‑end design and development of HR function processes.
* Experience in working within or operating a People / HR function through a redesign, particularly offshoring and/or outsourcing.
Additional skills and attributes :
* Strong consulting experience within a global consulting firm or equivalent environment.
* Proven ability to operate at Senior Manager level – managing programs, stakeholders, and teams.
* Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability at C‑suite level.
* Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
