Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our property portfolio, including maintenance and refurbishment of owned, occupied and leased properties.
About the Role
* The Facilities Specialist will work with internal and external stakeholders to determine asset replacement and refurbishment needs.
* Responsible for planning and prioritizing maintenance, replacement of physical assets owned, occupied or leased by us, including offices, depots and network facilities.
To succeed in this role you will need:
1. Tertiary qualifications in an asset management related discipline or extensive industry experience demonstrating knowledge equivalent to tertiary studies.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' sound knowledge within a security or facilities management environment.
