South Australia and Northern Territory Sales Manager
We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to oversee the expansion of our gas detection solutions in South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell gas detection products to industrial customers through distributors and directly.
* Develop new sales opportunities and business relationships.
* Promote Industrial Scientific's product suite, services, and iNet platform.
* Increase sales revenue by generating new leads for both iNet and traditional sales.
* Prospect for new business, prepare and present proposals, and maintain existing customer relationships.
* Identify potential clients through online research, outbound calls, referrals, events, and other sales campaigns.
* Achieve set sales targets and develop a customer base to meet sales forecasts.
* Evaluate and manage distribution channels, train partners, and maximize profit.
* Maintain high levels of product knowledge and document all activities.
* Attend relevant events and continuously update the company CRM system.
* Provide technical assistance to customers as needed and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience selling to Australian-based industrial customers.
* Experience working with distribution channels and supporting sales teams.
* Goal-oriented, ethical, results-driven, and highly motivated individual.
* Strong organizational skills, self-starter attitude, and proven track record of meeting goals.
* Demonstrated commitment to customer service and willingness to travel around Australia.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and fluent English language skills.
* Prior experience in sales management, gas detection, or industrial safety would be advantageous.
