An excellent permanent part-time role for an administrator in the ACT.
Working with a tier 1 global firm, you will be the first point of contact for teams & visitors and be a vital member of the admin team.

The Role:
Manage reception and front-of-house duties, greeting visitors and issuing passes
Coordinate mail, couriers, deliveries and site access for contractors
Maintain meeting rooms and shared areas to ensure they are clean, presentable and set up daily
Assist the Facilities/Operations team with general administration
Support with data entry, reporting, presentations and record management
Raise and monitor work orders, track compliance documentation and liaise with contractors
Maintain inventory for office supplies and stationery
Conduct safety observations, assist with audits and ensure onsite guidelines are followed
Help set up AV equipment and meeting room requirements
Maintain key databases and ensure timely updates across systems
About you
Must be an Australian Citizen - those on visas will not be considered
Full police check will be required for this role
Ability to work extra hours as necessary
Professional, polished communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Comfortable working with systems, reporting and documentation
Someone reliable, confident and happy to be the go-to person onsite
