About the Role
We seek an experienced Dual Registered Nurse and Midwife who has expertise in antenatal, postnatal, birth suite, special care and a passion for women's health (gynaecological and breast surgery).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide safe, effective and appropriate care in a patient-focused setting.
* Deliver direct antenatal care to mothers.
* Provide direct postnatal care to mothers and newborns in our maternity unit.
* Offer specialised care to babies requiring additional support and monitoring following their birth.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Current registration with AHPRA as both a Nurse and a Midwife.
* Proven experience in antenatal, postnatal, birth suite and special care.
* Bachelor Degree in Midwifery or equivalent qualification.
* Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
