About the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Albury office, located in the heart of the Murray region. Surrounded by heritage architecture, cultural landmarks, and a thriving local community, Albury offers the perfect blend of lifestyle and leadership opportunity.
As a Manager in our Business Advisory division, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial and tax services to clients, while leading and mentoring a team of professionals. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do
* Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns across a range of entities
* Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services to clients
* Analyse financial data and develop financial models to support client decision-making
* Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax issues
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering practical and commercial advice
* Manage workflow and team performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes
* Mentor and develop junior staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively support clients
About you:
* A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
* 5–7 years’ experience in professional services, with proven leadership capabilities
* Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* A commitment to ongoing professional development
