The Role:
Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Leader to join our team at Mount Isa store. As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager in achieving personal and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving your personal sales targets.
* Coach and train Team Members to become top performers.
* Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the store's operations to achieve success. You will have experience supervising, inspiring, and leading a high-performing team, as well as an understanding of running a successful business with a proven track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs.
