About the Position
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of internal systems and processes. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work closely with senior pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective medication management and safe patient outcomes.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of contemporary clinical pharmacy practice, and hospital pharmacy service delivery and medication management.
* Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and respect for all patients, carers, and staff.
* Able to proactively contribute to team objectives within the pharmacy as well as the broader multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to actively participate in the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of internal systems.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Vaccinated against certain vaccine-preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive.
* Pharmacy tertiary degree recognized by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, conferring eligibility for registration.
