**The Role?**
As a Department Supervisor, you will work in partnership with your Management team to supervise the shop floor team and maximise store sales and operations. In doing so, you will lead your team in a supportive and positive manner, by setting clear expectations and delegating accordingly.
Commercialism and Business Development
- Utilise reporting to maximise store profit
- Drive conversion, ATV and UPT through regular updates on sales and KPI performance
- Demonstrate engagement with the in-store kiosk to maximise sales
- Demonstrate exceptional Customer Service standards and supervise team to deliver a 'service over task' environment
- Manage all customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Resilience, Adaptability and Pace
- Work with BOH team to deliver shop floor product availability
- Demonstrate customer service excellence and support with team zoning
- Understand Footwear and Textiles layouts, run order and best sellers to support department sales
- Uphold company retail standards and deliver store visual excellence
- Support management team to deliver all internal and external profit protection processes
Dynamic People Management
- Lead by example and uphold company workplace standards
- Support with new team members Inductions and on-going training to build bench strength for future store expansion
- Encourage team members to improve performance through recognition
- Set clear expectations daily and weekly to achieve store action plans
