As the Podcast Producer, you are responsible for leading the podcast strategy implementation, delivering a suite of high-quality audio products aligned to organisational purpose and goals, and audience needs. You will bring a strong creative vision and technical audio production skills to the growing podcast program at CPA Australia. You are also responsible for evolving CPA Australia’s audio offering, including working closely and effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will champion CPA Australia’s audio channels, drives collaboration and leverages listener data and industry insights. Your key responsibilities include: Developing podcasts from idea to finished product, researching, vetting and briefing internal and external subject matter experts, guests and hosts Write episode scripts and interview questions, pitch ideas and work with the wider content team to develop content that aligns to team and organisation goals Conduct ongoing competitor and market trends analysis and benchmark to inform podcast strategy Oversee the production of podcasts and audiocasts and direct recording sessions to ensure high quality of publish output Edit, mix, produce and publish each episode to a high standard Develop and maintain publishing schedules Maintain strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders Ideally you will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney About You: You will come to us with a high degree of technical confidence in audio production or podcasting, both for studio and remote recording and editing.
