I-MED Radiology are pleased to be able to offer the unique opportunity for a Full-Time Medical Receptionist/Contact Centre Agent to join our team located in Campbelltown.
This is an amazing opportunity for administration and customer service professionals who enjoy working collaboratively across teams and can be the focal point for all incoming patient enquires, calls, and bookings. **Your daily duties will include**:
- Communicating with patients over the phone and managing telephone enquires
- Reception, welcoming and processing patients
- Following up medical information with various third parties
- Patient information data entry
- Medicare and out of pocket payments processing
- General reception and administration duties
Skills and experience
As first point of contact for our patients, we require the following:
- Previous medical reception experience, or contact centre experience (highly desirable)
- A professional, patient and courteous manner
- Excellent articulation and telephone manner
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking capabilities
- Competent computer skills
