Job Title: Enterprise Endpoint Specialist
This role is an opportunity to work with a leading organization in the technology sector, providing technical expertise in endpoint management and Microsoft solutions. As an Enterprise Endpoint Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows 10 and 11 environments, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MECM, and supporting infrastructure.
The successful candidate will have experience consulting or working in an enterprise environment, with expertise in MECM / SCCM Infrastructure, patching, and management. They will also have extensive experience with designing and implementing Standard Operating Environments (SOE) and Master Image Operations (MOEs), including advanced Group Policy Management, Task Sequence creation and management, and deployment to an enterprise environment.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts, as well as Active Directory and Group Policy management. They will also have exposure to InTune and migrating tasks and policies from MECM, PowerBI and Power Apps, Microsoft SQL management, and security products including application whitelisting, anti-virus, and USB hardening.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and maintain Windows 10 and 11 environments, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MECM, and supporting infrastructure.
* Work closely with other resolver teams within the organization and with external vendors to deliver technical solutions.
* Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
* Provide expert-level support for Active Directory, Group Policy, and other IT systems.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply knowledge to improve existing processes and systems.
Requirements:
* Experience consulting or working in an enterprise environment.
* Expertise in MECM / SCCM Infrastructure, patching, and management.
* Extensive experience with designing and implementing SOE/MOEs, including advanced Group Policy Management.
* Experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts.
* Exposure to InTune and migrating tasks and policies from MECM.
* Knowledge of PowerBI and Power Apps, Microsoft SQL management, and security products including application whitelisting, anti-virus, and USB hardening.
* Australian Citizen with the ability to hold an AGSVA clearance (NV1 preferred).
* Police Check and Fit for Work certificate needed.
* Local to Canberra with a hybrid WFH/Office roster.
