Guided by principles of self-determination, they partner with Aboriginal Community Housing Providers and communities to deliver housing programs, develop policy, and expand housing choices for those most in need.

Your new role

Step into a role where your expertise drives meaningful change for Aboriginal communities across NSW. As a
Senior Research & Evaluation Analyst
, you'll transform data into insights and insights into action. This is more than analysis, it's about shaping policy, improving programs, and delivering outcomes that matter.

You'll be at the heart of evidence-based decision-making, leading projects that influence statewide housing strategies. Your work will combine intellectual challenge with social impact, giving you the autonomy to innovate and the opportunity to collaborate with passionate stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

* Lead complex research and evaluation projects
to assess the impact of housing policies, programs, and service delivery initiatives.
* Design and implement innovative tools and methodologies
that improve policy development and program effectiveness.
* Identify emerging social and housing issues
and translate them into actionable insights for senior leaders.
* Provide proactive, evidence-based advice
through briefs, policy papers, and strategic recommendations.
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders
, including Aboriginal Community Housing Providers, community leaders, and government agencies, ensuring culturally informed solutions.
* Stay ahead of trends and best practices
in research, modelling, and evaluation within the human services sector.
* Champion continuous improvement
, using data and evaluation to enhance client outcomes and organisational performance.

What you'll need to succeed

* Strong experience in research, analysis, and evaluation methodologies within a human services context.
* Ability to identify emerging issues and provide evidence-based advice for policy and program improvements.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in using technology and data to inform decision-making.
* Understanding of Aboriginal cultural beliefs and socio-economic issues impacting housing.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
