Viva Leisure—parent company to some of Australia's most iconic fitness brands—is looking for new Member Services team members to join our brand-new Club Pilates studio in Tuggeranong
As we transition from Rebalance to Club Pilates, we're opening the doors to a stunning, newly refurbished and reimagined studio—a space designed to energise, empower, and elevate every workout experience.
This is your chance to step into a vibrant environment where innovation meets wellness. You'll deliver exceptional, personalised service and create a positive experience for our members. You'll play a key role in supporting studio growth by maintaining strong member relationships and helping to attract new ones.
Your day-to day responsibilities will include assisting members with general enquiries, conducting club tours for potential new members, driving membership sales, and ensuring the club environment is clean, welcoming, and professionally presented at all times. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing the Club Pilates spirit to life in Tuggeranong

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with:
* Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
* Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing a professional and welcoming experience for all members, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting studio tours and inductions
* Support membership growth by responding to enquiries, following up on leads, and following Viva's sales process to maximise conversions
* Engage with members, assist with general queries
* Handle administrative duties including phone calls, members feedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalating issues when necessary
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented studio environment by performing regular cleaning, equipment checks, restocking supplies, reporting hazards and faults, and supporting operational and administrative tasks

That same year, Viva Leisure also acquired a 25% equity stake in World Gym Australia, along with three corporate-owned World Gym locations in Queensland — Stafford, Coomera, and Underwood — further strengthening our presence in the premium fitness sector.
