As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support a variety of marketing activities across our brand portfolios and work closely with our dealer network across Australia and New Zealand.
With a strong focus on coordination and communication, you’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless experience for our dealers, helping them achieve their business goals and keeping our dealer-facing tools, resources and processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
* Assist the marketing team with implementation of dealer marketing and communications initiatives
* Support the development and distribution of dealer marketing materials such as product guides, pricing and programs, business information bulletins and newsletters
* Upload and publish content to the Dealer Portal and coordinate dealer communications in line with established processes
* Conduct regular audits to ensure dealer resources and documents are accurate and up to date
* Act as the primary contact for dealers, providing training and technical support on marketing tools and systems
* Manage and update content displayed on digital kiosks across the dealer network
* Collate and organise data from surveys and focus groups
* Coordinate updates to the staff directory on the Dealer Portal
* Oversee the design, production, and distribution of brand calendars and other end-of-year collateral
* Support the planning and logistics for dealer network events
* Assist in administering dealer incentive programs
* Provide administrative support including SAP entry and vendor record-keeping
* Support the broader Australia New Zealand Marketing and Communications team as needed
About You
* Previous experience in administration, office coordination or similar roles
* An interest in marketing with a willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
* Great people skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
* Proficient in MS Office
* Qualifications in marketing, business or related field are advantageous
