Early Childhood Teacher – Kindergarten Program (Fixed Term, 14 months)
Location: Doncaster East, VIC
Licensed Capacity: 61 places
Hourly Rate: $45.92 – $63.65 (Educational Services Teachers Award – Level 1 to 5)
Are you a passionate Early Childhood Teacher ready to lead a Kindergarten program and make a lasting impact? Busy Bees at Doncaster East is seeking a dedicated ECT to deliver a 14-month fixed-term Kindergarten program, guiding children through their crucial year before school in a nurturing and engaging environment.
About the Role
As the Kindergarten Teacher, you will:
* Lead the delivery of a government-funded Kindy Program that supports school readiness
* Develop and implement curriculum aligned with the VEYLDF, EYLF, and NQS
* Observe and document children's learning journeys
* Foster strong relationships with families and support transitions to school
* Work collaboratively with educators and leadership in a 61-place service
What You’ll Need
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent, ACECQA-approved)
* VIT registration (Provisional or Full)
* Strong knowledge of the VEYLDF, EYLF, and school readiness practices
* Experience delivering a funded Kindergarten Program in Victoria
* Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
* A collaborative, reflective, and child-centred approach
