About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Professional.
You will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings, and responding to general customer inquiries.
* Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening.
* Review various add-ons and services to determine what may best suit the customer.
* Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.
* Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
* Answer customer questions and inquiries.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A full and valid Australian driver's license.
* Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
* Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
* Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
