Your new role
As a Maintenance Carpenter, you will carry out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance across multiple industrial properties. Your work will include general carpentry repairs, minor fit‑outs, door and lock maintenance, partitioning, and structural upkeep. You'll also support small capital works, liaise with contractors, and ensure all sites remain safe, compliant, and well‑presented.
What you'll need to succeed
Trade qualification in Carpentry
Proven experience in maintenance, facilities, or industrial environments
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
A proactive approach to safety and compliance
Current driver's licence and full working rights
