About the Role
As we continue to expand our operations in South East Queensland, we're excited to welcome a Production Manager to our Burleigh Heads team.
In this hands-on role, you'll oversee end-to-end production across multiple signage projects and help us deliver high-quality outcomes for our architectural, construction and design clients. You'll work closely with our design, sales and installation teams, ensuring jobs run smoothly from brief to install.
This is a key opportunity to step into a growing business, bring your ideas to the table and help drive innovation in production .
In this role you will:
Plan workflow, materials and schedules to ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate closely with design, sales and installation teams to keep jobs on track
Oversee a clean, safe work environment, including machine maintenance and WHS compliance
Keep materials ordered and up to date, ensuring stock levels support upcoming projects
Organise couriers, packing and dispatch so jobs leave the factory on time and in great condition
Assist with organising the installation team and scheduling site work
Troubleshoot production issues and find practical, solutions-focused fixes
About You
We're looking for an experienced, professional and organised Production Manager who is comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
You'll ideally have:
3–5 years' experience in the signage industry is essential
Full Australian working rights and current manual driver's licence
Proven experience in signage fabrication, including:
Laser cutting, CNC operation and ability to colour match
Large-format printing, Braille/tactile production and clear understanding of pre-press in various applications
Confidence in operating a range of production machinery, hand tools and finishing equipment
The ability to work independently, manage your workload and take responsibility for end-to-end project delivery
Strong computer and systems skills to manage job flow, materials and scheduling
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach – you like to solve problems, not sit with them
A collaborative mindset – you enjoy working with a wider team and contributing ideas
High attention to detail, with a focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement
