About the Role
This role involves providing medical services to residents in aged care facilities through onsite visits or telehealth consultations. The successful candidate will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and improve health outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general practice services to residents in aged care facilities
* Conduct onsite visits or telehealth consultations as required
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Requirements
* Vocational or General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Full Australian work rights
* Experience in emergency medicine and/or general practice
