What You'll Do
* Deliver a high-touch service experience that exceeds client and tenant expectations.
* Manage a premium portfolio with a calm, confident, and solution-focused approach.
* Nurture long-term relationships with owners, investors, and tenants built on trust.
* Oversee leasing and inspections with precision, polish, and proactive communication.
* Collaborate with our in-house creative and marketing team to position each property at its best.
* Drive operational excellence, from compliance to presentation, in line with QSL standards.
* Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and genuine warmth.
What You'll Bring
You're more than a Property Manager; you're a trusted advisor. You understand people, pride, and the details that make the difference.
* Proven experience in premium property management or executive leasing
* A reputation for clear communication, efficiency, and composure
* Real Estate Certificate of Registration and driver's licence
* Local Gold Coast or Northern Rivers market knowledge
* A natural ability to manage expectations with empathy and confidence
