About the Role
This Administration Officer role is crucial in supporting our administration team with Surgery Connect, providing exceptional care for public to private patients throughout their hospital journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Process patient admissions and manage theatre schedules accurately.
* Liaise frequently with VMOs and their receptionists.
* Provide administrative support to clinical staff across Patient Services and Mater teams.
* Work across complex spreadsheets and maintain accurate data entry and integrity.
* Maintain discretion and confidentiality, complying with administration and financial policies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Highly experienced medical administration support.
* Microsoft Excel skills and ability to confidently enter data into spreadsheets.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work under direction in a multidisciplinary team environment.
