About the Role
You'll play a key part in keeping our sales engine running smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Preparing and processing listing and sales documentation.
* Coordinating marketing campaigns, photo shoots, and supplier bookings.
* Managing online listings and CRM updates (VaultRE, NurtureCloud or similar).
* Providing general administrative support to the sales team.
About You
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales admin role (real estate experience essential).
* Confident using real estate CRMs and platforms.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
* A professional appearance and demeanor.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
