Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator with experience to join our Sydney team. This role is vital in supporting the daily operations of our plumbing and infrastructure business, managing administration, accounts, and job management through AroFlo and Xero.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day office administration including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
* Perform bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
* Support job management in AroFlo, including processing work orders, purchase orders, and timesheets.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding accounts and project administration.
* Assist management with compliance records, insurance documentation, and safety paperwork.
* Prepare reports from Xero and AroFlo to track budgets, costs, and project progress.
* Maintain an organised and professional office environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience in office administration.
* Proficiency in AroFlo (job management system) and Xero (accounting software).
* Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in plumbing, construction, or trades industry (highly regarded).

Pay: $25.20 – $32.20 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
