The Opportunity:
This role offers the chance to make a real difference in people's lives by delivering high-quality educational programs and materials that support the adoption of new medical technologies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, manage budgets, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain key clinical relationships to drive product adoption.
* Sell designated clinical products within a specific geographical territory using surgeon or account-based business plans.
* Create and participate in the building of a strong collaborative JJM team across designated accounts.
* Build and maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with all JJM staff.
* Dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
About You:
* Tertiary business or related qualifications preferred.
* Previous sales experience an advantage.
* Self-starter, and also a collaborative team player with a positive can-do attitude.
* Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
