Responsibilities
Proven experience in leading high volume retail stores, developing and coaching large teams
Have strong change management skills, with a focus on team-building and effective communication to foster a positive work culture
Strong commercial acumen; including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and hitting financial targets and KPI's
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, manage expectations and collaborate as a team player
Promotes a safe workplace through leadership and hazard reporting
Excellent planning and prioritisation skills, whilst maintaining productivity and efficiency
Maintain operational excellence in inventory, scheduling, compliance, store process and safety
